Experience
I have always wanted to be a tutor but never sought the opportunity to do so. I want to become a tutor because I would like to help those that are in need of assistance. Often people are not open to receiving help and would rather let the opportunity pass them by rather than grab it by the horns. This was a personal struggle I have always had as well! Until I learned how to speak up and seek assistance in my studies and everyday life I struggled when there was no need to struggle. In dealing with children it is often hard to grasp their attention, however that is something I have had success with. As a mentor, sorority sister, and co founder of a non profit organization, I am able to cater to the needs of everyone. From coaching 5 and 6 year olds in basketball to helping first year law students adjust to the difficulties of law school I am able to communicate with everyone.

Hobbies
This is the fun section :) I love music. My taste is music varies but I've been told on numerous occasions that I have an old soul when it comes to music. I love artists such as Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight, The Temptations, Michael Jackson, the list goes on and on! However, that does not limit my music taste to that genre only! Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Sam Smith all have spots in my music playlist as well! For my 23rd birthday this year I purchased a bass guitar! Slowly but surely I am learning how to play :) I am a sports fanatic! I moreso love playing sports and working out than watching sports. In high school I played basketball, lacrosse, volleyball and track and field. In college I was the thrower for the Women's Track and Field Team as well as three year captain. For two consecutive years I had the highest GPA of the team as well.
