Experience
I have always wanted to be a tutor but never sought the opportunity to do so. I want to become a tutor because I would like to help those that are in need of assistance. Often people are not open to receiving help and would rather let the opportunity pass them by rather than grab it by the horns. This was a personal struggle I have always had as well! Until I learned how to speak up and seek assistance in my studies and everyday life I struggled when there was no need to struggle. In dealing with children it is often hard to grasp their attention, however that is something I have had success with. As a mentor, sorority sister, and co founder of a non profit organization, I am able to cater to the needs of everyone. From coaching 5 and 6 year olds in basketball to helping first year law students adjust to the difficulties of law school I am able to communicate with everyone.
